WAGONMASTER RENEWAL WORK
In the process of renewing your Grand Wagoneer we have replaced or renewed all major systems and their components including:
Cooling System: radiator, fan clutch, water pump, thermostat, belts, hoses
A/C System: compressor, condenser, evaporator, hoses and fittings, duct work cleaned and reinstalled, system flushed, pressurized, and recharged
Installed new Howell Fuel Injection system: including new intake manifold, spark plugs, wires, distributor, coil, ignition module, starter and solenoid, new 90 amp alternator, new wires and connectors, vacuum lines, new electric fuel pump and filter and sending unit
Steering: power steering pump, lines, and gearbox renewal, bushings, steering stabilize installed, upper and lower ball joints and control arms inspected tightened, new wheel bearings, seals, tie rod ends, connectors, wheel alignment
Engine: 360 V8 Completely dismantled, evaluated/compression tested, crankshaft inspected, main bearings replaced, front and rear main seals replaced, new seals throughout, new timing chain, cover, oil pump, oil pan seal, motor mounts
Transmission: inspected, fluid flushed, refilled, resealed, leak tested, transfer case inspected, adjusted, serviced, resealed, u joints inspected, 2 and 4 wheel capabilities assured
Brake System: new rotors, drums, pads, shoes, wheel cylinder, brake system flushed
Suspension: frame/chassis inspected, cleaned, undercoated for longevity, 4 new shocks installed, body mounts
Exhaust System: new muffler, catalytic converter, tailpipe installed
Tires and Wheels: 31.5X10x 15 BFGoodrich or 235x75x15 WSW TOYO All-Weather tires, your choice! Complete set of professionally re-surfaced original wheels or the Mickey Thompson Classic III's shown, either way!
Electrical: inside and outside lights, switches, locks, motors, windows, renewed and updated
Sound System: new Kenwood, CD/AM-FM/SAT radio with Bluetooth and iPhone connections, 4 new speakers, wiring
New and/or Renewed interior: carpet, seats, console, headliner, seatbelts, door panels, kick panels, skid plates, rocker panels, window seals and wipes, weatherstripping, soundproofing
Paint, body, woodgrain, molding, chrome, trim, underside has 2-year undercoating layer
Large variety of new or original nuts, bolts, screws, connectors, wiring, seals, fuses, links, trim pieces were used in the process. There are always other items we address which are not itemized here. They were not left off or overlooked intentionally.
