Shipping and Returns

Shipping Policy:

Wagonmaster merchandise, gear, and some parts will ship within 2-3 business days. Bumpers, some parts and custom items may take 2-6 weeks and shipping will be communicated once ordered. Vehicle and customized items shipping times will be discussed at time of purchase. Items may ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. International shipping options are available for select Wagonmaster products.

Return & Exchange Policy:

You may return any unused, undamaged, unmodified product excluding customized products, vehicles, and used parts for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. All returns and exchanges may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping fees from the returning or exchanging of any product is the customer's responsibility. All custom orders, replacement parts, vehicles, and special orders are not eligible for return or exchange. All items that are being returned or exchanged will be inspected prior to return/exchange. Please contact us for a return/exchange authorization prior to sending any products back. 

We will do our best to process all returns or exchanges within 7-15 business days.
